About Us
We are registered American Bully XL kennel focused on breeding health-tested dogs registered with ABKC - since 2016.
We focus on breeding healthy dogs with the typical temperament and exterior of the American Bully.
The American Bully originated in the early 1990s in the USA by crossing the American Pit Bull Terrier and the American Staffordshire Terrier, primarily by selecting the strongest and most robust individuals. However, other bull-type breeds also contributed to its development, such as the American and English Bulldog. In 2004, the official worldwide club American Bully Kennel Club (ABKC) was founded, which issues pedigrees and defined the breed standard. Breeding is so-called open and there are no strictly set conditions for breeding approval. However, there is a breeder’s code of ethics issued by this club, which every breeder should follow. The American Bully is a versatile family dog, loving its family and contact with its owner. It is playful, gentle, friendly, considerate and tolerant of children. It may be distrustful of strangers at first. Aggression towards humans, fearfulness or intolerance is atypical and undesirable. Training must be consistent, but with proper guidance it can be handled even by a beginner. Height for the XL type: females 48 to 54 cm, males 51 to 58 cm; weight 31–60 kg; any color is allowed.
Ear cropping is prohibited in the Czech Republic under Act No. 246/1992 Coll., on the protection of animals against cruelty.
